Declassified Document Shows CIA Remote Viewing Galactic Federation Headquarters

The idea of a “galactic federation” of races that represent a benevolent force in our galaxy or universe is not a new idea. Channelers in telepathic communication with different groups of extraterrestrials have relayed this idea to the human race for many decades. This idea was recently sparked again when Haim Eshed, former head of Israel’s Defense Ministry’s space directorate, former general and respected professor revealed that the US and Israel have been in contact with intelligent extraterrestrials for quite a long time. He specifically referenced the “Galactic Federation”, emphasizing how they are waiting for humanity to evolve and that we are not quite ready for contact – a sentiment echoed by many.

• The CIA operated a program known as the STARGATE Project which included a remote viewing program where psychically gifted people were trained to “see” something in a remote location, regardless of distance and proximity to the target, from a given location independent of the target. The US government program ran for 25 years before it was declassified and supposedly shut down. The program, however, was very successful and quite useful for the intelligence community. It’s safe to assume that the entire STARGATE program and its contents was not fully declassified. One common theme among many of the remote viewers’ targets is their heavy interest in the extraterrestrial phenomenon. Why? Did their experience spark an interest in something we haven’t been told?

• One of the CIA’s declassified remote viewing sessions conducted in 1988 targeted the Earth headquarters for the Galactic Federation. (see remote viewing notes here) It’s unclear who the remote viewer is. (Names are usually listed.) First of all, where would the CIA get the idea to even look for some sort of galactic federation? It raises many questions.

• Remote viewer Lyn Buchanan describes the four types of extraterrestrials: “After the military I was asked by a branch of the government to do a…study paper to compare and contrast ET psychic ability to human psychic ability. …I was given access to many of the things that never made it into Project Grudge or the Blue Book or anything like that because they couldn’t be denied. …I found out that we can take the ET’s of all different kinds and species and all that and put them into four main categories. We’ve got those who are more psychic than us and those that are less psychic than us. In each of those two categories we’ve got friendly to us and unfriendly to us, the unfriendly non-psychic ones tend to not come here. They don’t like us, they don’t want to be around us. The non-psychic friendly ones come here for trade. The psychic friendly ones actually want to help us develop our abilities and become stronger at it. And the unfriendly psychic ones want us wiped off the planet, they want us dead, period, no questions asked.”

• Remote viewers Ingo Swann, Pat Price and Joseph McMoneagle also claimed to have remote viewed extraterrestrials and ET bases on Earth, with extreme accuracy. Buchanan said that there are five extraterrestrial bases on Earth, all inside of mountains. Some of these bases have humans working with these extraterrestrials in various ways.

• According to Captain Frederick H. Atwater, a retired US Army officer who was involved in remote viewing experiments for the Army’s Intelligence and Security Command, the Defense Intelligence Agency and the CIA, Pat Price remotely viewed four alien bases on Earth, one of which was located under Mount Ziel, in the Northern Territory (Australia), some 80 miles west-northwest of Pine Gap. Price believed the base contained a mixture of ‘personnel’ from the other bases, one purpose being to ‘transport new recruits, with an overall monitoring function’. The other bases were said to be under Mount Perdido in the Pyrenees (Spain), Mount Inyangani in Zimbabwe, and in Alaska under Mount Hayes. Price described the occupants as ‘looking like homo sapiens, except for the lungs, heart, blood and eyes.’

• It’s a shame that ‘special abilities’ like remote viewing are disregarded by mainstream academia, yet quietly studied at the highest levels of government. Similarly, most mainstream media outlets covered the Haim Eshed/Galactic Federation story with ridicule, some even hinting that Eshed has lost his marbles. This is interesting given the fact that mainstream media has recently published various articles in multiple outlets taking the issue of UFOs and the possibility of extraterrestrial intelligence quite seriously, including CNN. It seems that whenever a story comes out about extraterrestrials urging us to get our shit together it is ridiculed, yet ET incidents with a bit of a threat narrative bias are taken most seriously. Nevertheless, these types of discoveries are huge for expanding human consciousness and learning more about ourselves and the nature of reality.

The CIA in conjunction with Stanford University operated a program known as STARGATE to investigate depicted of Galactic Federation members

‘paranormal’ abilities and phenomena that some humans are capable of, and perhaps all of us are capable of. One of the programs under the STARGATE umbrella was the remote viewing program. Remote viewing is the ability to describe a remote location, regardless of distance and ones proximity to the target, from a given location independent of the target. So basically, if you had this ability you could accurately “see” what’s on the back side of the Moon, if anything, or you could see what’s inside a specific building in another country if you were given the coordinates.

The U.S. government program ran for approximately 25 years before it was declassified and supposedly ‘shut down.’ From the literature that has been made available, the program was clearly very successful and the remote viewing phenomenon was quite useful for the intelligence community.

 

A paper published one year after the declassification of the program by one of the programs co-founders Dr. Harold (Hal) Puthoff in the Journal of Scientific Exploration states the following.

To summarize, over the years, the back-and-forth criticism of protocols, refinement of methods, and successful replication of this type of remote viewing in independent laboratories has yielded considerable scientific evidence for the reality of the (remote viewing) phenomenon. Adding to the strength of these results was the discovery that a growing number of individuals could be found to demonstrate high-quality remote viewing, often to their own surprise…The development of this capability at SRI has evolved to the point where visiting CIA personnel with no previous exposure to such concepts have performed well under controlled laboratory conditions.

Dr. Jessica Utts, former Chair of the Department of Statistics at the University of California, Irvine and a professor there since 2008 states the following about the program: 

“What convinced me was just the evidence, the accumulating evidence as I worked in this field and I got to see more and more of the evidence. I visited the laboratories, even beyond where I was working to see what they were doing and I could see that they had really tight controls…and so I got convinced by the good science that I saw being done. And in fact I will say as a statistician I’ve consulted in a lot of different areas of science; the methodology and the controls on these experiments are tighter than any other area of science where I’ve worked.

In my opinion, it’s a shame that ‘special abilities’ like these are not studied within mainstream academia yet studied at the highest levels of governments with the intentions of intelligence gathering. When it comes to technology, special abilities or solutions to the world’s problems, it’s not the technology, the ability of people or those solutions that will change the world, it’s the consciousness behind these things. What do we use our new discoveries for? What’s our intention? Do we use them to advance the human experience and for the good of all people, or something else? This is why solutions that do pop up in various fields, like clean energy technology for example, are never implemented.

The declassified literature has numerous examples of successful remote viewing experiments, and real world examples as well. It’s safe to assume that the entire program and its contents was not declassified, and this seems evident from the testimony of multiple CIA/military remote viewers that were verifiably part of the program for many years. One common theme among many of the viewers is their heavy interest in the extraterrestrial phenomenon. Why? Did their experience in the remote viewing program influence this heavy belief and interest? Is there something we haven’t been told?

Ascension Upgrades Underway

There is an enormous purge taking place on our planet. For the past 350,000 years, there has been an artificial field around earth created by advanced ET races to deflect the light from the Great Central Sun so it does not reach our surface. This field is known as “The Inverse Matrix (666)” has now been fully dismantled allowing us to receive the Galactic energies needed to accelerate the process of ascension on planet Earth. As of last week, we have been ramping up for the massive surge of energy heading towards our planet that will begin on 11/11 and will peak on 11/18. Old 3D paradigms are dissolving. This is the rebirth of a New Era. We are currently anchoring in the 2020 energies which are all about clear sight. As they say, hindsight is 2020. This means that we are at a point in our evolution where we can review our history and decide what worked for us so far and what practices we need to change in order to co-create a future that is based on equality, justice peace and harmony. Our very survival as a species depends on how well we allow ourselves to transition through this shift. We are receiving high-frequency light codes from the Pleiades star system that are helping to anchor a unified field of Love that will assist in the dismantling of old fear-based paradigms and pave the road for humanity to reunite as a single tribe.

This may be a stressful time for many as we are approaching the full moon in Scorpio/Taurus on November 12. Many will be feeling insomnia, anxiety and feeling drained of energy in these times. In addition to the galactic energies being received from the Great Central Sun, there is a negative agenda being played out by the World Management Team (Dark Forces and Cabal) who are attempting to disrupt this transition. Our news channels are swamped with fear-based agenda that is intended to keep us distracted. It is highly recommended that we switch off mainstream television and begin to tune inwards into the frequency of our hearts. Do not engage in negativity and simply choose to opt-out of this system of slavery and fear. No one has the power to stop you once you realize that your power lies within you. This shift is taking place within each and every one of us. It is not outside. It is within us.

We are currently being tested by our higher selves to determine how much of our ego lessons we have mastered. You may have noticed over the past two to three weeks that there are an unusual amount of people "Acting Out" with flared up egos, uneasiness, and restlessness. It’s like we are under a pressure cooker and are facing some of the most difficult challenges we have ever faced. This is a reminder for us to identify and release all of our old programmings and release karmic loops. We can do this by choosing not to react negatively when challenged by others Egos. There is a fine line between maintaining your self boundaries over self-defense and engaging in negativity. Never allow anyone to trespass your sacred space or to disturb your peace. But also remember to immediately disengage from negativity and not participate in these ego games. By detaching from negativity and anchoring more and more peace into our lives we are all contributing by anchoring the frequency of peace into the energy grids of Gaya.

We will be seeing a global financial reset taking place within the next two years. Most of the world banks are currently bankrupt. Once banks are insolvent, any funds held in your savings accounts, as well as bonds, treasuries as well as most stocks, will be worthless. It is highly advisable to diversify you savings into tangible assets like Land and precious metals. Crypto technologies have been introduced into our economies by Galactics to help create a new system called the Quantum Financial System. This system will ensure that no single authority has monopolistic control of our economy and that all financial resources are distributed fairly and equally.

The magnetic poles of Earth are currently shifting. Over the past decade, the magnetic north has shifted its position from Canada towards Siberia. These planetary changes and natural disasters are being orchestrated by the Galactics to wake us up and grab our attention so that we can unify our efforts to "Save The Planet". The lightworkers of Earth have a seed implanted in their subconscious mind and are smiling because they are aware of the plot. Mother Earth does not need "saving". In fact, she is stronger than we can imagine. If she wants she could wipe humanity off the face of the planet within the blink of an eye. She is patiently and lovingly participating in this exercise to facilitate the transition of humanity into the paradigm of Unity Consciousness. Gaya herself has already transitioned into the Fifth Dimensional realm of consciousness and the Forest fires, hurricanes, earthquakes, and tsunamis we are experiencing are carefully engineered events that help cleans massive astral fields of negative energy that have built up over the atmosphere over centuries. In 2022 natural disasters and unrest among the population will be at an All-Time High forcing humanity to wake up on a massive scale. Gaia is holding space for humanity so that this transition will be as gentle as possible and to allow for the maximum amount of souls to transition into 5D reality.

UFO sightings are at an all-time high. There are fleets of ships surrounding our planets. These are mostly comprised of benevolent ET beings from distant star systems who wish to assist humanity in this historic transition. They are also here to ensure that the ones who have a negative agenda to control humanity are not allowed to start a full-scale Nuclear War. A Global war will not be allowed under any circumstance because the majority of the population has subconsciously agreed to awaken and unify in peace and harmony. My current intel suggests that we are also being prepared for first contact. We expect first contact with ET civilizations to take place sometime around the year 2027 and 2028. This does not mean that ships will suddenly begin to land from the sky. It will be a very gradual process where the first step will be the introduction of Hybrid Children (Human/Alien DNA) into our population. These children will be born with superhuman powers and will help raise the frequency of the planet to help anchor the frequencies for the preparation of the Grand portal of 2032.

There will be private ET encounters with select individuals who will meet ET's face to face. The first ETs to greet us will probably be the ones who closely resemble humans so as not to shock us into fear. Eventually, there will be a full-scale introduction of all the advanced races that wish to meet with us and they will be officially introducing themselves to the public. There will be a gradual exchange of ideas and technologies that will assist us in reversing much of the damage we have caused to the planet as well as technologies to assist in alleviating our health concerns and poverty. There will be Zero-point energy technologies available that will allow us to produce clean and sustainable energy as well as replicator technologies that will be used to convert energy into food, clothing and building materials. Within our lifetimes we will see the eradication of hunger and poverty.

There are approximately 4.5 Billion Starseeds on Earth (Some currently unawakened) who are assisting to anchor and manifest 5D timelines. The year 2020 will be accompanied by the energies of Pluto and Jupiter conjunct which will cause great chaos on this planet as old systems need to be destroyed to make way for the new. This energy will intensify throughout the year and culminate towards the end of 2020 as a Grand Solar Flash which will change our existence as we know it. By the year 2032 is when humanity will fully anchor in the fifth dimensional level of consciousness and will be ushering a New Age of unprecedented peace accompanied by Spiritual and Technological progress.

US Congress asks for UFO Report from Intel Community in 180 days

The US Senate Select Committee for Intelligence has just approved a bill that includes a request for the Intelligence Community to write up a comprehensive report on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs, aka UFOs) in 180 days. Most importantly, the report will be unclassified, meaning that its findings are intended to be released to the general public.

The eventual Intelligence Community report is intended to be a comprehensive interagency breakdown and analysis of what’s behind the UAP phenomena. Will the report turn out to be the official disclosure announcement that UFO activists have been working towards for decades, or will it become a limited hangout to hide the truth?

In the comments portion of the proposed Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 there is a section titled “Advanced Aerial Threats”, which begins by asserting the Committee’s concerns that no unified reporting mechanism exists for UAPs/UFOs given the potential threat they pose to US national security:

The Committee supports the efforts of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force at the Office of Naval Intelligence to standardize collection and reporting on unidentified aerial phenomenon, any links they have to adversarial foreign governments, and the threat they pose to U.S. military assets and installations. However, the Committee remains concerned that there is no unified, comprehensive process within the Federal Government for collecting and analyzing intelligence on unidentified aerial phenomena, despite the potential threat.

It’s important to emphasize that the Committee is particularly concerned about UAPs and “any links they have to adversarial foreign governments.”

The bill goes on to propose that the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) oversees the development of a comprehensive report:

Therefore, the Committee directs the DNI, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense and the heads of such other agencies as the Director and Secretary jointly consider relevant, to submit a report within 180 days of the date of enactment of the Act, to the congressional intelligence and armed services committees on unidentified aerial phenomena (also known as ‘‘anomalous aerial vehicles’’), including observed airborne objects that have not been identified.

The Senate Committee next outlines the different intelligence sources that are required to submit information for the report. The exhaustive listing shows that the report is intended to be very comprehensive:

The Committee further directs the report to include:

-A detailed analysis of unidentified aerial phenomena data and intelligence reporting collected or held by the Office of Naval Intelligence, including data and intelligence reporting held by the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force;

-A detailed analysis of unidentified phenomena data collected by:

-geospatial intelligence;

-signals intelligence;

-human intelligence; and

-measurement and signals intelligence;

-A detailed analysis of data of the FBI, which was derived from investigations of intrusions of unidentified aerial phenomena data over restricted United States airspace;

-A detailed description of an interagency process for ensuring timely data collection and centralized analysis of all unidentified aerial phenomena reporting for the Federal Government, regardless of which service or agency acquired the information;

-Identification of an official accountable for the process described in paragraph 4;

-Identification of potential aerospace or other threats posed by the unidentified aerial phenomena to national security, and an assessment of whether this unidentified aerial phenomena activity may be attributed to one or more foreign adversaries;

-Identification of any incidents or patterns that indicate a potential adversary may have achieved breakthrough aerospace capabilities that could put United States strategic or conventional forces at risk; and

-Recommendations regarding increased collection of data, enhanced research and development, and additional funding and other resources. The report shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex.

What’s noteworthy in the Committee’s request is that there will be an official who will be given responsibility for overseeing the interagency process for releasing all UAP/UFO data. In addition to the intelligence community, this also includes the FBI and its ongoing investigations of UAPs.

Most significant is the Committee’s request that any breakthrough aerospace technologies possessed by foreign adversaries are included in the report. More specifically, the Committee is concerned that foreign adversaries, China, Russia, etc., have achieved technological breakthroughs in the aerospace arena that threatens US national security.

China, in particular, has made incredible strides over the last few decades in developing a secret space program based on advanced aerospace technology secrets and designs obtained from the US Air Force. In fact, the lead Chinese scientist who set up their secret space program, Dr. Tsien Hsue-shen (aka Qian Xuesen) began his career by working for the US (Army) Air Force in the 1940s, and co-wrote the blueprints for future advanced aerospace technologies based on retrieved Nazi and crashed UFO craft. It’s important to keep in mind that the Advanced Aerial Threats section included in the bill just passed by the Senate Intelligence Committee still has to pass the full Senate. It then needs to be similarly passed by the House of Representatives, and finally signed into law by President Donald Trump. It’s not clear exactly when the bill will be enacted into law, but once it is, the 180 day countdown for the report’s release will begin.

Given the bill was passed on a bipartisan basis (14 votes in favor, 1 against), it can be concluded with great confidence that in early 2021, the US public will get to read a comprehensive UAP report by the Intelligence Community.

Why did the Senate Intelligence Committee include this unprecedented request to the Intelligence Community in the 2021 Intelligence Authorization Act?

According to Tom DeLonge, the request is a result of strong lobbying by his To The Stars Academy (TTSA).

The involvement of DeLonge and his TTSA in lobbying for passages dealing with “Advanced Aerial Threats” does raise suspicions over the real agenda behind the request for a comprehensive report. Is the request for a UAP report something to be embraced as the long-awaited official disclosure anticipated by DeLonge and the UFO community, or is it a limited hangout by the Deep State designed to raise money for corporate run classified programs?

In the past, I’ve raised my concerns that DeLonge and his TTSA are involved in a limited hangout and is heavily influenced, if not controlled, by compromised Deep State officials. Yet, there’s no doubt that the impending passage of the Intelligence Authorization Act with passages on “Advanced Aerial Threats” is a major step forward that carries great significance for the UFO Disclosure Community.

The fact that it is happening after a new DNI Director, John Ratcliff, was officially confirmed by the US Senate on May 21 is a very encouraging sign. Ratcliff is a strong ally of President Trump, and has the authority to put a White Hat in charge of overseeing the interagency effort to release information to be included in a comprehensive report on UAPs/UFOs.

It’s perhaps no coincidence that in a June 18 interview, Trump was asked about UFOs by his son, Don Jr. President Trump said that information about Roswell is very interesting and that he will consider declassifying it in the future. Could the Intelligence report to be issued by Ratcliff be a vehicle for disclosure of many secrets behind the Roswell crash and Area 51?

Rather than the requested Intelligence report being a Deep State orchestrated limited hangout, as contended by some of DeLonge’s critics, it can very easily become a means for White Hats in the Trump administration to officially disclose major components of secret space programs developed by its major adversaries, China and Russia.

Once the Intelligence Community releases its report on the foreign aerospace technologies possessed by China, Russia and other “foreign” sources linked to UAP sightings, the stage will be set for the future disclosures concerning the USAF’s own secret space program, which is currently in the process of being transferred to the newly created Space Force.

Ratcliff and White Hats in the Trump administration can use the requested report to disclose to the America public important truths about suppressed advanced aerospace technologies and secret space programs.

The disclosures on UAPs and UFOs that lie ahead promise to be momentous even if the original intent in the Congressional bill was to limit the report to what China and Russia have secretly developed. Predictably such revelations will lead to calls for Congress to massively increase funds for Space Force so it can quickly develop and deploy similar technologies for national security purposes.

Clearly, the November 3 Presidential elections will impact on what comes out in Ratcliff’s UAP report anticipated in early 2021. Assuming President Trump wins re-election, then he and Ratcliff will be in a powerful position to disclose far more than merely what the Intelligence Community suspects China and Russia have secretly developed in the aerospace arena.

Ratcliff’s UAP report may well be part of an elaborate plan for a decades-old USAF secret space program being covertly transferred to Space Force, and then disclosed by Trump to the American public as newly acquired technologies developed in response to the threat posed by China and Russia’s secret space programs. While such a process would be disingenuous, it would nevertheless be a stepping stone to the public release of many revolutionary aerospace technologies that could transform life on our planet.

Shortly before his death in 1977, Werner Von Braun, a pioneer in both German and US rocket programs, warned that a group of global controllers, aka Deep State, would systematically move through a series of false flag events or “cards”, that would be played in a sequence designed to ultimately militarize space and usher in a New World Order.

Von Braun gave his famous warning to Carol Rosin, who, from 1974 to 1977, was a corporate manager at Fairchild Industries, Inc., a major aerospace contractor that Von Braun had joined two years earlier. Rosin says that Von Braun asked her to be his spokesperson after being diagnosed with terminal cancer and revealed an elaborate plan by the US military industrial complex to weaponize space.

In a recorded video interview from December 2000 for the Disclosure Project, Rosin described the following sequence of false flag events Von Braun explained to her:

The strategy that Wernher von Braun taught me was that first the Russians are going to be considered to be the enemy. In fact, in 1974, they were the enemy, the identified enemy. We were told that they had ‘killer satellites.’ We were then told that they were coming to get us and control us — that they were ‘commies.’

Then terrorists would be identified, and that was soon to follow. We heard a lot about terrorism.

Then we were going to identify Third World-country ‘crazies.’ We now call them ‘nations of concern.’ But he said that would be the third enemy against whom we would build space-based missiles.

The next enemy was asteroids. Now, at this point, he kind of chuckled the first time he said it. Asteroids — against asteroids we are going to build space-based weapons.

And the funniest one of all was what he called aliens, extraterrestrials. That would be the final scare. And over and over and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving speeches for him, he would bring up the last card. Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie.

As to identifying the group orchestrating this series of contrived global events, Rosin was reluctant to give names but said:

The room was filled with people in the revolving door game. There were people that I had seen once in a military uniform and other times in a gray suit and an industry outfit. These people play a revolving door game. They work as consultants, industry people and/or military and intelligence people. They work in the industries and they revolved themselves through these doors and right into government positions.

Rosin’s description of what was taking place in the boardroom of Fairchild Industry is very revealing about the company’s key role within the military industrial complex, and how the Deep State operates by manipulating global events and mainstream media narratives.

The sequence of contrived global events described by Von Braun reflected how far forward in time the Deep State projects its plans. Now almost 50 years later, we see the sequence described by Von Braun being played out in real time.

Russia, terrorism and rogue nations have collectively dominated decades of news cycles. More recently, we are witnessing an increasing number of stories of killer asteroids just missing the Earth in the mainstream media. The most recent examples are three massive killer asteroids heading towards the Earth and predicted to fly close by on June 6,8, and 20, any of which could cause cataclysmic damage.

Additional “cards” can be found in the Deep State playing deck described by Von Braun back in the 1970s. This includes a global pandemic, which was discussed in the City of London by a high-level group of bureaucrats in 2005 as part of a covert Deep State plan to usher in a New World Order.

Von Braun’s warning alerts us to the threat of an alien invasion being used as the final card in a long sequence of contrived events that would justify the weaponization of space, and the establishment of a New World Order desired by the Deep State.

Now there is a steady stream of news articles pointing to the possibility of an alien invasion in a post-COVID world. The potential for such an event occurring in the run-up to the 2020 election is a distinct possibility given the Deep State’s determination to remove the Trump administration by any means possible.

A paper leaked on October 18, 2016, allegedly by a major Democratic consulting firm, the Benenson Strategy Group, discussed the possibility of a staged alien invasion keeping Trump supporters home and helping the Clinton campaign win the 2016 election.

The paper reviewed some of the advanced holographic technologies that could be used in staging such a false flag event. While the paper’s authenticity remains disputed, it nevertheless showed how the alien invasion card could be used for electoral purposes.

As we approach the November 3 US Presidential Election, could the alien invasion card be played as Von Braun warned about back in the 1970s? Or did Von Braun have an entirely different purpose for telling Rosin about the alien invasion card being used by the military industrial complex?

Rather than heroically attempting to prevent the militarization of space, was Von Braun a double agent for an Antarctica-based breakaway German Colony wanting to prevent the US military from ever threatening their secret space program?
