SCIENTISTS RELEASE PICTURE OF EXTRATERRESTRIAL ORGANISMS BOMBARDING EARTH

Scientists from the University of Buckingham have released a picture of an extraterrestrial from deep space that is bombarding the Earth. No, it’s not part of an extraterrestrial invasion. Rather, it is evidence supporting the theory of panspermia, in which microscopic life forms exist in the vacuum of space, and can seed life by arriving in great numbers on habitable planets like the Earth.

A team of scientists, including Professor Milton Wainwright, from the University of Buckingham Centre for Astrobiology, have conducted scientific tests in the stratosphere. These show that organisms not found on the Earth are arriving from outer space.

Professor Wainwright claims the results prove that life exists outside the Earth. In an interview with Britain’s Express newspaper, he said:

Our team has caused quite a stir over the last couple of two years by claiming these microbes are continually arriving to Earth from space. Our critics have been vocal in dismissing our work but, as yet, no one has provided a viable alternative explanation for our peer reviewed work…. As far as we can tell the particle has no relation to anything found on Earth.

In addition to the microbial life arriving from outer space, Professor Wainwright also revealed that heavy elements were found in the stratosphere. This suggests that these are extraterrestrial arrivals, as well, rather than material being carried up into the stratosphere by winds:

This latest launch is also exciting because the team has found particles containing, so-called, rare earth elements at a height close to 30 kilometres in the stratosphere. These particle masses are too big to have been carried up from Earth and, like the alien life forms we find, must be incoming to Earth from space.

The pictures of extraterrestrial microbes released by Wainwright’s scientific team supports an earlier finding by Russian scientists.

On Aug 19, 2014, ITAR-TASS reported that Russian scientists had found microbial life, similar to sea plankton, on the surface of the International Space Station (ISS). The Russians first detected the microbes over a year earlier and confirmed that these organisms can live in zero gravity within the extremely low temperatures and cosmic radiation. Despite the harsh conditions, the scientists reported that the bacteria were thriving on the surface of ISS and could live there for years.

The Russian discovery is startling since it confirms that extraterrestrial microbes can flourish in deep space. Vladimir Solovyev, chief of the Russian ISS orbital mission said:

Results of the experiment are absolutely unique. We have found traces of sea plankton and microscopic particles on the illuminator surface. This should be studied further.

NASA’s reaction to the startling Russian discovery was silence. This lack of reaction supports the claims of Richard Hoover, a veteran 46 year NASA astrobiologist, who says the civilian U.S. space agency is willfully ignoring clear evidence of extraterrestrial life.

The findings of the University of Buckingham scientists, along with the earlier Russian discovery of a form of sea plankton growing on ISS windows, is powerful evidence that microbial extraterrestrial life is very common throughout our solar system and the galaxy.

The picture of a microscopic space organism arriving on Earth may not be quite what people were expecting for their first glimpse of an extraterrestrial visitor. If these tiny space visitors have been arriving for a very long time – as panspermia advocates suggest – who else might be arriving that is awaiting the right scientific detection tools to discover them?

1) This invention relates to apparatus for the electrodynamic propulsion of bodies into space.

2) Machine for acceleration in a gravitational field. A machine comprising an electrically polarized body, and means for moving the body in one direction to accelerate electrons, thereby generating an accelerating force in another direction due to an interaction between the accelerated electrons and the gravitational field.

3) Apparatus and method for generating a time variant non-electromagnetic force field due to the dynamic interaction of relatively moving bodies and for transforming such force fields into energy for doing useful work.

The method of generating such time variant force fields including the steps of juxtaposing in field series relationship a stationary member of spin nuclei material, and a member capable of assuming relative motion with respect to said stationary member also characterized by spin nuclei material; initiating relative motion by rotation of said one member with respect to the other, which rotational motion may occur both about an axis within the plane of said other member and about an axis perpendicular thereto; whereby the rotational motion of said one member about the axis perpendicular to the plane of said other member results in the dual interaction of the angular momentum property of said one member with inertial space and also with respect to the angular momentum property of said other member, thereby resulting in a dynamic interaction field arising through gravitational coupling which dynamic interaction field is further characterized by its non-electromagnetic nature and its mass-proximity and relative motion dependency; the rotation of said one member about the axis within the plane of said other member further resulting in an undulation of the dynamic interaction field within said other member which in turn gives rise to a secondary time-variant gravitational field in the surrounding space.

4) This device is a brushless high-voltage electrical generator, requiring suitable means of input rotary torque, for purposes of producing a very-high-energy external electrodynamic field or continuous quasi-coherent DC corona or arc discharge of uniform current density which completely encloses the machine's conductive housing.

This housing is divided into distinct electrical sections and contains a flat conductive rotor which electrically links separate negative and positive housing sections and upon which a plurality of toroidal generating coils are rotatably mounted. Circular arrays of stationary permanent magnets are affixed within the housing which induce a constant DC voltage within said coils upon their rotation.

The primary voltage so-generated is electrostatically impressed across the rotor such that great quantities of electronic charge may be transported between the opposite polarity sections of the housing, in such a manner that a much higher secondary voltage is caused to appear across interposed neutral sections thereof, and the resulting external breakdown current once initiated is independent of the generating coils' ampacity. Ancillary mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic features may be attached upon or within the housing to aid in harnessing and controlling the useful effects associated with the external dynamic electric field produced by the device.

5) This invention relates to electrical apparatus and more particularly to an apparatus for utilizing electrical current and voltages for the production of forces for causing motion of the apparatus. I have discovered certain new and improved apparatus for producing thrust in response to the direct application of electrical potentials and currents.

It is an object of this invention to provide an improved apparatus for producing thrust by means of applied electrical potentials. It is a further object of this invention to provide an improved apparatus for producing thrust in response to the application of electrical potentials and electrical currents.

6) This invention relates to an electrical device for producing thrust by the direct operation of electrical fields. I have discovered that a shaped electrical field may be employed to propel a device relative to its surroundings in a manner which is both novel and useful. Mechanical forces are created which move the device continuously in one direction while the masses making up the environment move in the opposite direction.

When the device is operated in a dielectric fluid medium, such as air, the forces of reaction appear to be present in that medium as well as on all solid material bodies making up the physical environment.
In a vacuum, the reaction forces appear on the solid environmental bodies, such as the walls of the vacuum chamber. The propelling force however is not reduced to zero when all environmental bodies are removed beyond the apparent effective range of the electrical field.

7) A dipolar force field propulsion system having a alternating electric field source for producing electromotive lines of force which extend in a first direction and which vary at a selected frequency and having an electric field strength of a predetermined magnitude, a source of an alternating magnetic field having magnetic lines of force which extend in a second direction which is at a predetermined angle to the first direction of the electromotive lines of force and which cross and intercept the electromotive line of force at a predetermined location defining a force field region and wherein the frequency of the alternating magnetic field substantially equal to the frequency of the alternating electric field and at a selected in phase angle therewith and wherein the magnetic field has a flux density which when multiplied times the selected frequency is less than a known characteristic field ionization potential limit; a source of neutral particles of matter having a selected dipole characteristic and having a known characteristic field ionization potential limit which is greater than the magnitude of the electric field and wherein the dipoles of the particles of matter are capable of being driven into cyclic rotation at the selected frequency by the electric field to produce a reactive thrust, a vaporizing stage which vaporizes said particles of matter into a gaseous state at a selected temperature, and a transporting system for transporting the vaporized particles of matter into the force field defined by the crossing electromotive lines of force and the magnetic lines of force.

8) My invention relates to electrokinetic apparatus, and more particularly to a method and apparatus for utilizing electrical potentials for the production of forces for the purpose of causing relative motion between a structure and the surrounding medium.

9) An electromagnetic energy propulsion engine system including a hollow housing having a front part and a rear end part of material transparent to the passage of electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic field generating solenoidal windings, having central axes parallel with the central axis of the engine and axially spaced from each other to provide a forward field generating winding and a rear field generating winding, a power source, a control computer, and a power pulse generator connected between the electromagnetic field generating windings and the power source and control computer.

The forward field generating winding generates a rearwardly directed magnetic field toward the rear wall parallel to the central axis, and the rear field generating winding produces a forwardly directed magnetic field opposing the rearwardly directed magnetic field of the forward field generating winding so that the rearwardly directed magnetic field repels forwardly directed pulses of the rear magnetic generating winding.

As the electrical current conduction in the rear field generating winding suddenly reduces, the continuing rearwardly directed magnetic field force transmits pulsating magnetic field energy produced by the rear field generating winding through the rear of the housing. The reaction to the rearwardly transmitted field energy produces a thrust propelling the engine and a vehicle in which it is mounted.

10) The present invention relates to conversion of energy, and in particular to the use of electrical potentials for producing forces to cause motion of a structure by direct operation of electric fields, thus providing a thrust sufficient for propelling a vehicle.

Vedic Civilization, Extraterrestrial Life and Celestials

Numerous Vedic texts refer to flying saucers, UFOs or ‘vimanas’ traveling throughout earth’s skies. In some cases these flying saucers were so large as to actually be cities inhabited by thousands.

The inhabitants of these flying saucers, cities, etc., were given a wide array of names by Vedic authors, e.g., Asuras, Devas, Gandharvas, etc.

Some appeared to be indigenous to the Earth insofar as they controlled a particular city or region, while others were visitors from another world or dimension called a ‘loka’.

If Vedic sources are reliable, then ancient India was an open Galactic society with a great diversity of beings originating from different worlds or ‘lokas’ interacting in the development of human civilization.

• Insofar as these beings required advanced technologies to move themselves through time and space, they can be regarded as extraterrestrials.

• In cases where these beings could move between worlds without technology, they can be regarded as celestials.

Vedic texts describe the conflictual relationship between the Asuras and Devas who are depicted as the primary protagonists for control over Earth’s cities and other planets. The Asuras appeared intent on taking direct control over human cities and civilizations, and appear analogous to the Nephilim depicted in the Book of Enoch.

The Asuras used advanced technologies to invade different planets to establish direct control though interbreeding and the introduction of advanced technologies. Their chief protagonists, the Devas, also used advanced technologies in their perennial conflict with the Asuras.

In contrast to the Asuras, however, the Devas were intent on establishing what they called the Sanatana Dharma (eternal law) where righteous human rulers were in charge of Earth’s different kingdoms and civilizations. The Devas did not appear interested in ruling directly the Earth, and were content in ruling over their own world or realm called Devaloka.

In times when the Asuras had overrun the Earth and Devaloka itself, the Devas appealed for help from celestials. The celestials were typically the physical embodiment or incarnation of one of the three key Hindu gods, Shiva, Vishnu or Brahma or of a feminine divine being, the Devi or Shakti. The Puranas give numerous accounts of how the celestials would intervene in a time of cultural degeneracy to restore the Sanatana Dharma and help the Devas in their perennial conflict with the Asuras.

One example that highlights the perennial conflict between two groups of extraterrestrials (Asuras and Devas) with different intentions for Earth involves the celestial ‘Krishna’.

Just as the Book of Enoch described the Archangel Michael stoking conflict between children of extraterrestrial factions to rid the world of degenerate civilizations, so too Krishna performed a similar function according to the Bhagavata Purana:

When Vishnu incarnated himself as Krishna... he came to rid the Earth of her burden of evil, in the form of millions of demons [Asuras] born into the worlds as violent kshatriyas [warriors]. He stoked the greatest war of the age between the forces of good and evil, at which Yuddishtira’s Pandava legions decimated the Kauravas and their immense host.

Here the reference is to the Mahabharata wherein a great war involving advanced technologies led to the decimation of Asura dominated kingdoms in ancient India.

Numerous references in the Mahabharata refer to the destructiveness of the advanced weapons used, some of which appeared to be atomic in nature as evidenced in the following passage:

Gurkha flying in his swift and powerful Vimana hurled against the three cities of the Vrishis and Andhakas a single projectile charged with all the power of the Universe.

An incandescent column of smoke and flame as bright as the thousand suns rose in all its splendor... a perpendicular explosion with its billowing smoke clouds... the cloud of smoke rising after its first explosion formed into expanding round circles like the opening of giant parasols...

It was the unknown weapon, the Iron Thunderbolt, a gigantic messenger of death which reduced to ashes the entire race of the Vrishnis and Andhakas... The corpses were so burned as to be unrecognizable. The hair and nails fell out; pottery broke without apparent cause, and the birds turned white.

After a few hours all foodstuffs were infected... ...to escape from this fire the soldiers threw themselves in streams to wash themselves and their equipment.

The above passage almost certainly describes ancient nuclear warfare and indicates how advanced technologies were routinely used in Vedic India for destructive purposes.

It appears that celestials such as Krishna intervened to bring about the end to civilizations that had not found the right balance between advanced technologies and higher states of consciousness.

Ancient historic texts such as the Vedas and Book of Enoch describe what appears to be a perennial conflict between the use of advanced technologies introduced by some extraterrestrials (Asuras/Nephilim), and ethical development emphasized by other extraterrestrial groups (Devas).

When technological and ethical development are seriously imbalanced, it appears that celestials are prepared to intervene even if this results in an end to the civilization in question. While most of humanity struggles to accept the reality of visiting extraterrestrial life, secret government/corporate entities have been developing and using advanced extraterrestrial technologies.

The lack of transparency in such classified extraterrestrial technology projects leads to the conclusion that these are being used in highly unethical ways as a number of whistleblowers have claimed. Disclosure of extraterrestrial life is vital for ensuring that extraterrestrial technologies are used in ethically responsible ways.

Not to do so is to risk following the path of earlier earth civilizations that failed to develop into mature galactic societies and violently imploded. (See video Ancient Aliens)
