The Exopolitics Model and Science

The essential structure and dynamics of the Exopolitics Model – that the Universe is populated by intelligent civilizations, organized under governing bodies and operating according to law – is preliminarily confirmed by replicable scientific remote viewing data developed during the 1990s.

 

Data from scientific remote viewers suggest that a spiritually and technologically advanced Galactic Federation of worlds exists. It can be described as a sort of loosely organized spiritual government of our Milky Way galaxy.

 

This is a transcript of a scientific remote viewing session with a Galactic Federation leader:

 

Remote Viewer: “As soon as I went into his mind [a Galactic Federation leader], I reemerged in space. That is where I am now. I am outside of the Milky Way, looking onto it. Dotted lines have been drawn over the image, dividing up the galaxy-like quadrants.

“I am being told that there is a need for help. They need us. I am getting the sense that they need us in a galactic sense, but I seem to be resisting this. They are so much more powerful than humans; it just does not make sense why they would need us.

“The leader is sensing my resistance and redirecting me to a planet. OK, I can see it is Earth. I am being told that there will be a movement off the planet in the future for humans. I am just translating the gestalts now into words. But the sense clearly is that Earth humans are violent and troublesome currently. They need shaping before a later merger. Definitely humans need to undergo some sort of change before extending far off the planet.”

Monitor: “Ask if there are any practical suggestions as to how we can help.”

Remote Viewer:  “I am being told in no uncertain terms that I am to complete this book project. Others will play their parts. There are many involved. Many species representatives, groups.”

Monitor: “As who else we should meet using remote viewing, or another technique?”

Remote Viewer: “Only the Martians. Hmmm. I am being told that our near-term contact with extraterrestrials will be limited to the Martians for now, at least in the near future.”

Monitor: “Ask if there is new information that we need to know but do not know.”

Remote Viewer: “This fellow is very patient. He knows this is hard for me. He is telling me that many problems are coming. There definitely will be a planetary disaster, or perhaps I should say disasters. There will be political chaos, turbulence, an unraveling of the current political order. As we are currently, we are unable to cope with new realities. He is telling me very directly that consciousness must become a focal concern of humans in order for us to proceed further.

“He is right now tapping into your (my monitor’s) mind. It is like he is locating you, and perhaps measuring or doing something. He is telling me that you are very important in all of this. We must come back here – their world – at later dates. We will be the initial representatives of humans as determined by consciousness. He is telling me that consciousness determined our arrival point. There is more. We are not saviors, just initial representatives. He wants me to get this straight.

“I am getting the sense that he wants us to understand that we have a responsibility to represent fairly. This is not to go to our heads. This is just our job now, and we all have jobs. He is also telling me that I am doing a fairly good job at writing this down.

“He likes your sense of humor. He says that there will be lots of activity in the future, of the day-to-day sort. But for now, we are to focus on the book. The book is important, and they will use it.”

As the transcript of this fascinating scientific remote viewing session reveals, we are in the early stages of Exopolitical research.

Has the moon been an alien launching pad for inspiring "skyward" organized religions?

Researchers document that aboriginal peoples had revered the Earth as both the spiritual and physical embodiment of a cosmic God.

 

Credo Mutwa, a Zulu elder then further related accounts of indigenous peoples being manipulated into worshiping the sky toward "Heaven", as a result of apparent Manipulative Extraterrestrial encounters.

 

John Lash in metahistory.org correspondingly documents specific ancient Gnostic accounts of Artificial intelligence-based Manipulative Extraterrestrials that sought to use the Arbrahamic religions of Judaism, Islam and Christianity to disempower humanity through a messianic-savior complex.

 

These organized religions have also provided a context for apparent mind-control, and have been a basis of dividing and ruling humanity.

 

The demonic consciousness that ancient Gnostic sought to warn humanity about, that Gnostics also linked to physical and spiritual abductions of human souls, are also consistent with a alien presence on the Moon, alleged by Mr. Collier.

 

 Sightings of artificial structures and UFOs on the Moon
 

Dr. N. Huntley also cites astronaut testimony of  seeing artificial structures and UFO activity on the moon:

In 1968 as Apollo 8 moved into orbit around the Moon, the astronauts spotted a colossal extraterrestrial object, which then had disappeared on the next orbit.

Photographs were taken, of course, but not released to the public. On another occasion when the lunar excursion module was down to 4-5 miles from the Moon's surface astronauts witnessed a UFO suddenly rise from a crater and rapidly disappear.

In 1969 "Buzz" Aldrin was checking the lunar surface from orbit, when two UFOs appeared, moved towards the Apollo rocket, hovered nearby, then to Aldrin's utter astonishment the UFOs joined to form one entity. Furthermore, astronauts of Apollo 11 saw a space-fleet of UFOs lined up in a crater. Almost every Moon mission involved encounters with UFOs or UFO sightings, not to mention the discovery of many bases on the Moon's surface.

Renowned astronomer Patrick Moore discovered over one hundred dome-like buildings. In fact, about one thousand such bases, dome-like structures of diameter around 700 feet, have been witnessed.

Dr. Huntley's corroborated research suggests that,

"the Moon is hollow with a shell about 20 miles thick - mostly metal."

Dr. Huntley also referred to apparent elite censorship of the moon as an alleged artificial satellite.

 

Several television viewers (watching the Moon landing) wrote explaining that they spotted one of the astronauts pick up what appeared to be a glass bottle and remark,

'My God, I don't believe it, look at this... '

Then the television screen went blank. Other viewers observed the extreme difficulty astronauts had when drilling down a few inches into the Moon's marias and that when the drill bit was pulled out, metal shavings were visible.

 

Rocks were found to contain brass, mica, titanium, and elements uranium 236 and Neptunium 237 not previously found in nature. Dr. Huntley also documented accounts of "several large pyramid structures, strange rifts in the surface with entrances, massive girders, machinery and some 1000 kilometer blocks of metal, tears in the surface, revealing massive interior 'plumbing', huge crosses a mile long, and enormous excavating equipment.

Alex Collier documents that the 'Andromedans' revealed to him that:

"...[M]uch of the surface [of the Moon] was built on top of a metallic shell of a circular space craft; or "A War Carrier", as the Andromedans describe it. An example of a shallow, but large crater would be the crater Gagarin. This crater is roughly 185 miles across, but is only 4.5 to 5 miles deep.

 

Based on the impact and size across the craters welt on the surface, the depth should be 4 to 6 times that deep. In fact, all the craters are the same; they are too shallow. They defy known science."

Alex Collier further corroborates representations made by Richard Hoagland and independent scientist concerning astronaut observation of artifacts of former extraterrestrial cities

"Many of the craters [of the Moon] have been artificially created. The Andromedans have said that many of the craters on the far side were in fact domed cities at one time and that they were destroyed during a war that goes back 113,000 yrs. Many were used as domed cities and other larger craters were used as space craft hangers capable of capable of housing 200 craft."

"Professional astronomers," indicates Dr. Huntley, "have gradually been discouraged from investigating these observations, referred to as Transient Lunar Phenomena, and all such Fortean observations are now only of interest to the amateur."

Dr. Huntley further documents that,

"Scientific experts, including NASA investigators believe that the Moon is hollow - it is the only explanation. The velocity of sound has been found to increase with depth and at 40 miles it is too fast for the speed of propagation through rock substance."

Dr. Huntley theorizes the following about the origins of the Moon:

The natural matter of the Moon came from a very large planet, Maldek (or Marduk), which orbited our Sun thousands of years ago between Mars and Jupiter. It was inhabited by a thriving civilization which degenerated to such a degree that the planet was destroyed.

We can tentatively assume now that the Moon consists of a metallic framework which has been packed by pieces from Maldek, forming the spherical shape but is essentially hollow. Thus the Moon contains energies and coding (frequency patterns) supporting the original ET agenda for assimilation of our planetary system and in fact the whole time matrix.

Further programs emanate from the moon, such as one to cause unnatural hormonal/menstrual cycles in women to produce more children - thus losing control over when to have children. The purpose being to keep a plentiful stock of DNA for their genetic experiments (the human DNA, that is, its original template is valuable to these spiritually-fallen ETs).

In fact, not only does the Moon affect the tides of Earth but the blood in living organisms. A separate source of information (channeling) refers to the Moon as being an electromagnetic computer which can be programmed intelligently, such as to influence the feminine cycle (as also mentioned above in the Deane material), and has been transmitting signals to manipulate our DNA for aeons.

Notably, Alex Collier, Dr. Huntley, Richard Hoagland, and many other independent scientists and researchers share complementary representations with respect to the Moon.

 

This includes a corresponding representation concerning 'Maldek'.

 

Alex Collier indeed, indicates the following from his alleged Ethical Extraterrestrial contact:

"The side [of the Moon] that suffered the heaviest destruction is the visible side we see. The destruction was caused by particle beam weapons when our Moon was located in the orbit of Maldek, now a destroyed planet. Our present Moon was one of two moons, that orbited it. The second moon, I'm told, is the moon Phobos. It also has ruins on it, as does Venus which was a moon of Uranus..."

In the article titled "Were we on the Moon in 2309 B.C.?", Jonathan Gray documents that,

"Apollo II astronauts found the "a glasslike soil  -  and parts of it even paved with pieces of glass."

Dr. Huntley in Zephnet.com also documents that:

"Several television viewers wrote explaining that they spotted one of the astronauts pick up what appeared to be a glass bottle and remark, 'My God, I don't believe it, look at this...' Then the television screen went blank."

Alex Collier documents that,

"the glass that is abundantly spread over the moon's surface came from the Domed cities that were once on this war carrier." LINK.

Mr. Collier alleges that the 'Andromedans' told him that,

"many of the original structures on the surface of the moon were destroyed as a result of an Intergalactic "war of liberation" against the Moon's alleged regressive aliens which left the artifacts reported by NASA Astronauts, Richard Hoagland, and by other learned researched."

Independent researchers indicate that critical analysis of the Moon

show ruins of alien cities somewhat reminiscent of the ruin of ancient civilizations on Earth.

Richard Hoagland's and other researchers have made

representations concerning pyramids and other structures.

Dr. Huntley concludes that,

"A study of ET material of which literature today abounds, strongly indicates that the nature of the Moon has a sinister purpose, and plays a role in manipulating man's evolution."

Could it be the human's apparent destructive path of self-annihilation, critically observed by Dr. Kevin Barrett in Twilight of the Psychopaths, may be conditioned by aliens that seek to control humanity in an ethos of "divide, rule and conquer"? 

If humanity does not begin in a timely manner to critically re-appraise its cosmic environment from apparent systematized manipulation, humanity may descend into the point on no return on planetary destruction. Humanity needs to wake itself to critically consider to what extent, if any, human quality-of-living is being undermined by a regressive alien agenda. LINK.

Is our very appreciation of what it means to be human, in relation to our growing acceptance of the alleged necessity of human atrocities against each other, including war and genocide, the result of an alien-induced psychosis?

Alex Collier wraps up his critical alleged reporting of alleged regressive aliens that he links to the Moon, with the following:

Ladies and Gentlemen, this time in which we now live is and will be known in our future as the end of the innocence. We, as a planetary race, must commit ourselves to the idea that truth must survive.

 

We have major challenges to face, and what ever is the truth, we must do all that is necessary to stick together. We have been torn and tattered, we have been betrayed. But please, let's not give up on each other. We are capable of being heroes.

 

We can save the world, and our freedom. We must believe in each other, and in ourselves.

John Lash documents that Gnostic insights suggest that if people can critically come to grips with their vital humanity to each other in relationship to nature, individuals would then have a critical consciousness to detect regressive aliens (referred to as Archons).

In the process, humanity, in the spirit of the Gnostics, and aboriginal peoples, could then to seek to consciously defend themselves from alien manipulation, and then seek to restore Earth as the Paradise that affirms the quality-of-life of all humans beings, irrespective of access to financial resources.

 

Indeed, Earth's prevailing system of global capitalism appears to have been constructed based upon the virtual reality template of the 'Archonic' Artificial-based Intelligence that Gnostics sought to warn humanity about.

Could the reported failure of elites to provide open access to information about the Moon, and to acknowledge Extraterrestrial sightings by Earthbound humans, be aimed to retard this very process, so that humans can continue to be enslaved by what Dr. Salla alleges to be a human elite and regressive alien agenda against human free will?

Could Man Make This Complex Crop Circle in just 4 hours?

To many people, crop circles are usually thought to be the work of hoaxers, and every year, more and more elaborate designs appear throughout not only the United Kingdom, but also all over the World. However, over the past month or so, there are 3 formations that begs the question: 'Could these elaborate crop formations really be created by man?'. One of the formations that recently appeared seems to show a reply from some higher intelligence, to a message that was sent out into deep space from Earth in 1974. More on that in a moment, lets first look at an amazing circle that appeared a few weeks before 'The ET Message'.
One of the most interesting circles to appear in recent years appeared during early August this year at Milk Hill, Alton Barnes, Wiltshire that has been named 'The Galaxy'. This particular circle comprised of more than 400 circles, perfectly aligned in a psychedelic swirl. The whole formation measured a mammoth 1500 feet across with the circles ranging in size from a few feet in diameter to more than 70 feet across! John Lundberg, who is a self-confessed crop circle hoaxer, said 'If this formation was man-made, allowing for time to get into and out of the field under cover of darkness, the construction time should be around four hours.'
'Given that there are 400 circles, some of which span 70ft, that would mean that one of these circles would need to be created every 30 seconds and that's not even allowing time for the surveying, purely for flattening. This formation pushes the envelope, and that's a massive understatement.'
Karen Douglas, 31, who is a crop circle expert from Gosport, Hampshire, added: 'This is very, very exciting. Even the people who usually debunk the formations think this one is incredible. It is the sheer size and complexity that sets it apart. There have been big formations before but never as many circles. People are really astounded by it.'
In 1991, two Southampton pensioners, Doug Bower and Dave Chorley, confessed they had been making patterns in fields since the Seventies. But although they claimed to have hung up thier 'stompers' - the wooden planks they said they used to flatten the crops - the circles have continued to appear. The shapes have grown more complex, ranging from representations of the DNA spiral and intricate mathematical figures. As you will see from the other amazing formation that appeared in August, that is featured below, it seems that perhaps hoaxers are not responsible for all the circles that appear!
 


Is This a Message From ET?
Although many of todays crop circles are known to be the work of pranksters, interest in crop circles has enjoyed a recent revival thanks to a pair of new patterns that appear in a field next to the Chilbolton Observatory in Hampshire, England. One is of a face, that could be interpreted as looking similar to the face of a "gray" alien (viewable on our front page). The second is a modified version of a message that was sent out into deep space in 1974  from the Arecibo satellite dish in Puerto Rico, broadcast in the direction of the globular cluster M13 in November of that year.
 

The Arecibo message, which was designed by Frank Drake (who was then Director of the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico, and who went onto become Chairman of the Board of the SETI Institute) together with his Observatory staff, was a simple graphic consisting of 73 rows of 23 "bits" per row. This number of rows and columns was chosen because each is a prime number. Prime numbers could be easily guessed by any recipients, and that would help them to decode the graphic. The message was sent by simple shifting of the signal between two frequencies in the 2,380 MHz band. It took three minutes to send the message.
The message itself gives the kind of information that any culture would want to learn about us: where we are located (at least within our solar system), what we look like (a crude stick figure), a simple drawing of the telescope used to send the message, and something about our biological construction (DNA and some of the building blocks of our biochemistry.) This message was sent as a "demonstration" to commemorate the upgrading of the 1,000 foot diameter Arecibo telescope with a new, more accurate reflector surface.
The crop circle found in Hampshire looks very much like the one broadcast in 1974. But there are some differences: the Hampshire pattern has replaced the Arecibo Telescope with another graphic that is reminiscent of a space satellite with solar cells. The diagram that depicts our solar system has been replaced with another that still has nine worlds, but planets 3 through 5 are offset, and the last is drawn larger than the others (or perhaps this is a depiction of the four Galilean moons of Jupiter). Finally, the graphic of the human has been modified by a stick figure that, while humanoid, has a far larger head.
Conclusion So, do the staff at Cosmic Conspiracies believe that this message is 'the real deal'?... Well to be honest.... NO!
Lets look at the evidence. The 1974 signal was aimed at the cluster M13, which has hundreds of thousands of stars. Why was this particular star formation chosen? Well, the reason for choosing to point the signal at such a large cluster of stars was for the simple reason that the actual diameter of the signal sent out was quite small, around 1/15th the diameter of the full moon, and therefore a cluster of stars that were highly clustered together were chosen to increase the chance of the signal being intercepted. Also lets consider that M13 is 25,000 light-years distant, which means that the message will not reach its target for another 250 centuries (unless of course the aliens managed to pick up the signal when they flew closer to Earth?) and you can start to see why we are highly sceptical that this message has come from outer space. Clearly, the crop circle can't be a response from any of M13's inhabitants; they haven't gotten the message yet. But what about a random, Milky Way star that might be in the "beam" of the Arecibo message? Couldn't they have overheard the transmission, and offered this clever carving in reply? No.... The chances that it has hit another solar system in the 27 years since its broadcast are… one in 50,000, approximately. If you make the reasonable assumption that the aliens cannot travel faster than the speed of light, then they must lie within 13-1/2 light-years to have received this message and responded. The chances of a star system within the volume of space filled by the beam out to this distance is closer to one in a half-million! In other words, it's highly, highly unlikely that any star system has yet been exposed to the Arecibo message. This is an important point, as it is quantitative and not dependent on any other assumptions about this crop circle: no other star systems could have yet received this transmission. And incidentally, the odds that a nearby probe could have intercepted it are even smaller!



Another thing to take into account is the way that the 'ET Message' shows that thier DNA structure is very similar to ours. That would be highly unlikely considering that they have travelled from millions of light years away. Also, when viewing the pictures of the 'ET Message' up close, the workmanship seems very rough indeed and its construction does not compare to the quality of 'The Galaxy'. Did you know that nearly two-thirds of all crop circles are in England, and that Chilbolton was the location of other crop circles in 1999 and 2000. Why would aliens resort to a signaling system that conveys so little information and can only be used during the two-month growth season, and then only at night? We are also informed by Chilbolton that these recent glyphs appeared (as so many do) after a weekend.
So, we think that the 'ET Message' was probably a hoax on a major scale, perhaps made to 'cash in' on the 'Galaxy' crop circle that appeared just a few weeks before. Oh yes, and our feelings about 'The Galaxy' formation? Well... we think that perhaps this is one example that could be genuine, if there ever were such a thing!.

What do the following names all have in common: Dennis Brunnell, Stan Deyo, William Cooper, Bill Hamilton, Val Valerian, 'Commander X' and Robert Lazar? They all allege that the following scenario is a reality... Ever since the so-called "end" of the NASA moon shots the U.S. "secret" government has been involved in cover manned space exploration of this solar system utilizing super-advanced technologies which are so revolutionary that the secret government has chosen to tell the public little or nothing about it. Some of these sources even claim that an inner core of this "secret government" have in the past worked hand-in-claw with a race of hominoid-sauroid reptilian beings who have given these human "elite" technology and power (over their fellow man) in exchange for certain powers and influences which this secret government or "serpent cult" gave these alien beings over the masses of humanity. There are allegedly other human groups, native to earth and much more ancient, who left this planet in ancient times after obtaining similar technologies. Some of these ancient and modern groups "sold out" to this alien race in exchange for technology (as in the case of the so-called MIB's or Men In Black), while others developed such technologies of their own initiative (as in the case of many of the human "alien" races who are often referred to as the "Nordics").
As for the covert space operations that are being carried out by various top-secret organizations within the U.S. government, they are based on a combination of "alien" technology recovered from numerous crash-retrievals of aerial disks, while other aspects are based on prototype and state-of-the-art Military-Industrial technologies developed by well-known U.S. companies. These advanced technologies include anti-gravity generators and electromagnetic propulsion systems and massive top-secret space efforts which have largely been financed through deception and through hundreds of billions of dollars which have generously (although unknowingly) been provided via 'Black' budgets by hard-working American taxpayers.

SEVENTY CIVILIZATIONS FROM OTHER PLANETS ON EARTH

According to a video tape made by a former C.I.A. agent, John Lear, based upon what he said he witnessed from military agents with top secret security clearances, there are about 70 different extraterrestrial civilizations that have been monitoring the Earth. Based on interviews by civilian UFO researchers from civilian professional UFO research organizations there have been people reporting abductions by beings from at least 40 other planets, although the negative experiences seem to be confined to about 6 prominent planets in both studies. The other reported beamed-up or taken-up experiences and land encounters have involved entities either friendly or neutral who are studying us much like our own scientists study primitive natives in jungles. There have been reported contacts with beings from 4 other planets in our own solar system, including a transparent green etherical energy formation being allegedly from Saturn and a tall, physical, pure white humanoid claiming to be from Uranus. The beings claiming to be from Mars and Venus are human in appearance yet are based in spaceports enclosed in protective force-fields on those worlds and they represent colonizations from other star systems rather than native indigenous life.

There are also reportedly physical being colonies on some of the huge moons orbitring Jupiter and Saturn that even NASA admits contain atmospheres and water, including Lanulous, Titan, Io, Ganymede, etc. One of the moons off Jupiter is allegedly a capital planet for an interplanetary federation in our own solar system!

There are reported alien space bases on the dark side of the moon where greys operate, as well as on certain large asteroids and one of Uranus's moons.

The Department of Interplanetary Affairs has summarized research on planets with reported physical beings civilizations in other star systems, such as the Korendians that Bob Renaud was reportedly in radio and face-to-face contact with, the Koldasians that a group in South Africa claimed radio and meeting contacts with(CE-3s), the Ogattans that a group in North Carolina claimed physical contact and transport to their planet in dealings with this race, and the Arcturians. The Ogattans are said to be a short hunanoid bird-like aliens extremely friendly and spiritually orientated, from a planet of prismatic domed connnunities of crystalime material surrounded by crystal forests emanting rainbow colored auras permeated by the harmonics of the music of the spheres. These E.T.s are said to be helping small numbers of humans on Earth with divine guidance, very low-key, and they have taken many small children from here to their planet for schooling, where they viewed a Destiny Screen showing future Earth events(many of which have already come true!). The events for the later part of this decade and early 21st century on the Destiny Screen present widespread planetary disasters. This is a fairly common warning, and was even given to the Pentagon leaders in the early 1950s by the negative grey aliens led by Krill from the Zeta/Orion invasion. Warnings of widespread Earth catastrophies in the next 20 years were common in the 1950s from extraterrestrials claiming to be based on Venus, Mars, planets in the Pleiades(through the 1970s), and some other solar systems. Many of the events these aliens reportedly prophesized in the 1950s &1980s have already come true, including several famines, floods, earthquakes, wars, etc.

Colonization of Planet Earth

In the dawn of time, our planet was colonized by different races from civilizations from other planets in the galaxy. These were the space men from more advanced worlds in time and space, who came to Earth to show humanity how to evolve. The star people would begin a civilization, followed by progress and a golden age. The Earthians would be taught the universal laws for all planets, the way to live in planetary peace, light, and love with all humanity.

History is a repetition of golden ages followed by the ends of empires. Humanity in its own cosmic destiny, would misuse the knowledge and technology left by the visitors from the stars, and wars, famines, disease, and slavery would come to follow. Eventually these magnificient civilizations all fell to decay and ruin, and later were destroyed by earthquakes, tidal waves, conflicts, and great floods. Some were ground to dust by ice ages or incinerated to ashes by comets and meteors. Nearly nothing remains beneath the thousands of feet of glaciers, mud, sand, boulders, and oceans burying the cities left by architects of dawn 18 million years ago to 8498 B.C. Our legacy is lost in the sands of time.

Archaeologists admit they have not seen over 99 percent of what is UNDERGROUND. In other words, they know only a small fraction of what lies beneath the dirt and sand! These diggers for ruins have seen less than one percent of what is on the bottom of the oceans! And they have only found written documentation of less than one percent of how long they admit mankind has lived on Earth. In other words, these men of science know NOTHING about MOST OF HISTORY! Yet they claim to give us history, and gullible minds become the blind led by the blind.

Ancient manuscripts that Dr. George Hunt Williamson translated in a temple high in the Andes, during ten years of exhaustive research, stated that the extraterrestrials landed there about 18 million years ago, taught agriculture, carpentry, architecture, and universal laws to the primitive natives, and heralded the dawn of civilization in ancient South America. This anthropologist/archaeologist who devoted far more of his life to discovering these truths than any skeptic on Maui, was in contact with our Lahaina-based Department of Interplanetary Affairs.

This expert in ancient history was only one of many sources of the cosmology in this article, and he added the extraterrestrials will be returning to aid humanity into the dawn of the next golden age in the 21st century!

In order to learn the truth about our interplanetary heritage, however, it is only neccessary to go to college and major in history. All major ancient civilizations LEFT WRITTEN RECORDS that they were taught civilization by the star people from Sirius, Orion, and most often the Pleiades (and their base on Venus). Most ancient civilizations, and also the Hopi and Navajo indians, worshipped these sky people built temples dedicated to these messengers from the stars. Modern historians (with their narrow minds unable to believe in ancient space colonizations) called what the ancients believed was truth Òlegends.Ó These histort books were based on university studies from the ignorance of the 19th century and early 20th century, when interplanetary travel and technology described in ancient writings was considered impossible science fiction. Now we know better.

The advanced technology of ancient space visitors was so modern that primitive ancients believed it was Òmajic.Ó Their writtings called the spaceships VIMANAS (flying boats from the golden age), flying boats, flying chariots, thunderbirds, flying metal eggs, and AURA-AURAUUVAS (flyling pearly shells of divinity)...,terms no funnier than our own modern silly FLYING SOUCERS (America), FLYING BURRITOS (Mexico) or our own militaryÕs terms for THEIR flying aerial craft (Skyhawks, Thunderbirds, Blue Angels, Tomcats, Flying Tigers). What would historians 2,000 years in to future think of those legendary 20th century flying things?

The fact is the Sumerians, Babylonians, Egyptians, Hindus, Greeks, Assyrians, Phoenicians, Hebrews, Mayans, Aztecs, Chaldeans, Tibetans, etc. ALL LEFT WRITTEN RECORDS of their contacts with superior beings from the stars and planets who taught them civilization! Back in those days national governements DID NOT lie to the citizens about UFOs and space aliens like they do TODAY. In that sense the ancients were wiser than we!

It is very important to understand that THERE IS NOT ONLY ONE TYPE OF ALIEN IN ONE TYPE OF BODY FROM ONE CERTAIN PLANET OR DIMENSION WITH ONLY ONE MISSION ON EARTH. That is like believing there is only one kind of human on Earth with one belief here. It is very naive to believe the popular current mass-media depiction of aliens who are ugly little gray humanoids with huge heads and bulging eyes, who are all here to kidnap Earthlings and livestock. This scenerio has been getting a lot of airplay on television documentaries on talk shows and is in Whitley StrieberÕs best selling book COMMUNION, etc. And it is also very naive to be like so many wide-eyed new-age true believers, who never having done their homework, believe all ETs are loving Òspace brothersÓ here to rescue us from the prophecized cataclysms and then build us the golden age of Aquarius.

CIA/NSA/MAJESTIC-12 documents indicate at least 70 DIFFERENT civilizations visiting Earth, including at least three that are hostile humanoids with battalions of androids, clones, robots, enslaved humans, and at least a dozen crashed flying saucers from a science without a spirit.

Most of the 25 to 30 civilization actively here to help humanity have different strategies, small to large fleets, higher to lower public profiles, different abilities to withstand our harsh atmosphere, different ÒcontacsÓ with Earth representatives, and different levels of evolution between each other. Some are PHYSICALLY nearly the same as we are, while others are so different they would shock too many people and they are beyond the comprehension of too many others(TO WALK AMONGST US). Certain races even exist slightly beyond our extremely narrow range of vision. There are DIFFERENT Interplanetary Confederations aiding foreign worlds like Earth, and each disagree on the method of aid just like NOT ALL NATIONS ON EARTH AGREE ON FOREIGN AID TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES. Just as lhe Allies Of the United States disagreed on U. S. intervention in Panama and Vietnam, so do many worlds disagree on intervention in NATION EARTH! For instance, some races from certain worlds believe they should actively use their technology to stop a nuclear war on Earth, while other races refuse to interfere in an atomic battle here, believing it is our own karma "and not their karma."

Some civilizations are here to rescue certain earthians from global disasters caused by nature while othes aliens say that is none of their business. However, MOST alien civilizations visiting Earth are only here to study us like our scientists study primitive natives and insects, and absolutely have no interest in helping us in any way!

And the CIA/MAJESTIC-I2/NSA secrecy is based on their extreme panic regarding the races that are only here to ripoff our minerals, crops, farm animals, water, and, shockingly, our citizens (in all those abductions). These aliens are only here to exploit Earth. The usual question has been "Why don't the good guys get rid of the bad guys for us?"

The answer is the interplanetary law that ÒNO PLANET MAY INTERFERE IN THE AFFAIRS OF ANOTHER PLANET WITHOUT BEING INVITED.Ó The advanced spiritual civilisations are not allowed to come to Earthth and force their ways on us. We have free will, and we have elected governments that kept the uuth about the aliens SECRET, lie to the citizens about the aliens, and rejected their offers of aid to humanity. (For details see the first 4 installments of this series.) All of us on Earth are responsible for its problems by allowing them to happen by not actively uniting to prevent those problems. THE ALIENS HAVE OFTEN SAID THAT IF ALL OF THE HUMANS ON EARTH WHO BELIEVED IN LOVE, PEACE, BROTHERHOOD, AND A BETTER WORLD UNITED AND ACTIVELY WORKED TOWARD THAT GOAL. WE COULD CHANGE THE WORLD AND MANIFEST A NEW GOLDEN AGE. Yet most Earthians are so involved in their daily material existencesl, gossip, luxuries, laziness, apathy, indifference, and distractions from a spiritual path that they have allowed the negative forces to control the world. This is our own karma...not the karma of space beings! The Plieiadeans, our traditional planetary guardians, have reportedly stated that they are not interested in giving commands and never demand. They only give Òsuggestions.Ó If we fail to learn from those suggestions it is our own fault. Their suggestions throughout time are found in specific sentences in all the world's major religions, in new age literature, and in many well-documented modern UFO contact cases that most people are too narrow-minded to believe (or never bother to research). The aliens violating interplanetary laws, like we detailed in the last issue, have destroyed civilizations in the Orion, Rigel, and Lyra systems, yet they FAILED in the Sirius and Pleiadeans systems and many others too. That proves these enemy aliens with their 500,000 years star wars are not too powerfull to be removed from the ptanet (The CFR and ClA's problem!) The friendly aliens have left humanity a method to free the world from the negative interference from the enemy aliens and have shown us the weaknesses of the invaders. They do have some serious weaknesses! And that is what this series will be leading up to, so stay tuned. However WE MUST DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM OUR SELVES with their advice.

THE PLEIADEANS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE US TECHNOLOGY EITHER. They are only allowed to telepathically channel the ideas to scientists or inventors on inventions. However, most of their technology cannot be given to Earthians today because it could easily be misused to destroy civilization, THERE MUST BE PEACE ON EARTH FIRST! And even then they are only permitted to show us things like they did with the ancient Sumerians and Egyptians. They cannot hand us inventions. And we must first invite them to show us! Earth is a democracy in the family of planets, and the MAJORIYY VOTE here now is a combination of "I don't believe in the aliens" and "I know they are real but they are evil invaders." Before our FREE WILL allows them to contact us we must give them the MAJORITY EARTH VOTE!
